Pete Evans Pete Evans
Executive Chef

Pete Evans started in the restaurant industry, like many teenagers have, as a dishwasher during the summer at Fogg’s restaurant (now Waterman’s) on the oceanfront in Virginia Beach. After two years, Pete was promoted to prep cook and shortly thereafter, line cook. He was hooked on the restaurant business and chose to get a BA degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from North Carolina Wesleyan College, graduating in 1997. Read Full Bio

After graduating from high school, Terri Truitt pursued her love of music and the theater while attending the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. While living in the city she began her hospitality career at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Café, recognized every year as one of the finest restaurants in New York City and known for both wonderful food and extraordinary hospitality. Ms. Teresa Mullins Teresa Mullins, M&M Hospitality Group

A lifelong Hampton Roads resident, Mullins first started in the hospitality industry as a student, working at local restaurants to put herself through college at Old Dominion University. After graduation, she put her experience in hospitality to good use, helping husband Brian launch the successful building and commercial development venture Quality Homes, Inc. while she worked at Dominion Power.
