Pebbles the Cow will be hidden weekly beginning every Monday, July 19 – August 23, 2010
Must be a minimum age of 18.
Clues will be posted each Monday on the River Stone Facebook fan page and website beginning at 9:30am
The first person to register the correct location of “Pebbles” on River Stone home cow page will receive a $100 gift card to River Stone Chophouse.
Must have at least 1 digital camera or phone (picture will be used to proof, do not need to develop or have prints made, just show from camera source to judges when claiming prize)
Photos taken during the Hunt may be used for promotional material.
Prize must be claimed at weekly participating venue or River Stone Chophouse.
All decisions by the Judges are final.
DATES AND DEADLINES/ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF ENTRANTS: Because of the unique nature and scope of the Promotion, River Stone Chophouse reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any dates or deadlines set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise governing the Promotion. Many will enter, only seven (7) weekly winners will win prizes. River Stone Chophouse cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate in the Promotion.
NOTICE TO WINNERS: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made using the e-mail address provided at entry. River Stone Chophouse is not responsible for e-mail or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
